About Me

I’m a mom, wife, and creative type. I was born and raised in a small NH farm town. I have a passion for writing, creative projects, and caring for children. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education with a sociology minor, and I’m still paying those loans! Not to say I don’t value my education, but I am ready to put them behind me, but no matter how hard I’ve worked, I can’t seem to get ahead of them.

In my 25 years of working I started out as a mother’s helper, a babysitter, a house cleaner, and a library page. Then I was a grocery store clerk, a toddler/preschool/kindergarten teacher, a bartender (for 3 days), an administrative assistant, a delivery driver, an HR assistant, and a singer in a local band (my second favorite job ever.) For 12+ years of that I was working in front-facing, non-clinical roles for a large health care provider. The last 2 years I worked in a very demanding yet rewarding specialty where the patients really needed the care they were receiving, and sometimes it was very emotional and as much as I loved it, I was at my breaking point and very pregnant and we knew it would be best if I took some time away from working for my health and to be mom. It was a hard and weird decision for me because I’ve worked in some capacity and sometimes 3 jobs at a time since I was 12! But this was the best decision, and I never looked back.

I am now a stay-at-home mom and it has been a year and it is by far my favorite job! Being a mom only pays in heart warming moments, endless love, and lots of cuddles and smiles… but not money. So now I am focused on making income again, paying off my student loans, and saving for our future. The catch is I want to do this while wearing comfy clothes, with my baby, right here at home.

I’m not looking to get rich quick, or be a social media sensation, but rather find a balance between being creative, saving money, making money, sharing my experiences, and hopefully helping others do the same.

This is my Endeavor.
